What it usually means

The page loaded normally. The text this monitor looks for was not in the response, which usually means a deploy changed the page, or the content now loads from JavaScript after the HTML is delivered.

What to check first

• A deploy changed the wording or removed the element.
• The text is now rendered by JavaScript after the HTML arrives; the check reads the HTML, not the rendered page.
• A maintenance page, a cookie wall or a WAF challenge page is being served instead of the real page.

How ErrorDetector reports it

The target answered, so this is reported as a failed check, not downtime: the alert names the reason, the uptime percentage is untouched, and a recovery notice follows when the check passes again.
