01

The service

ErrorDetector provides uptime, SSL/domain, DNS, API, keyword, heartbeat and blacklist monitoring, alerting, status pages and reports, operated by [YOUR LEGAL NAME / ADDRESS]. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

02

Acceptable use

  • Only monitor endpoints you own or are authorised to monitor.
  • No attempts to overload, probe or attack third-party systems through the service.
  • No reselling of the service without a separate agreement.
03

Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe monthly or annually. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Plan limits (monitors, seats, retention, check intervals) are shown on the pricing page.

04

Service expectations

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed SLA unless your plan explicitly includes one. Monitoring results are best-effort observations from our infrastructure and may differ from your users' experience.

05

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by missed or false alerts, third-party outages, or your use of monitoring data.

06

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

07

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect.
